Insurance/ Financial Information

We want to provide our patients with quality dental care with reasonable fees. We understand that you must plan for dental care just as you would any other service. We encourage you to ask questions and discuss any concerns you may have regarding the fees for treatment. We will discuss fees for an initial visit by phone as the appointment is made. Once examination, x-rays, and diagnoses are completed, a treatment plan will be presented as well as the estimate of the total fee. We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, visa/mastercard, and Medicaid. Please understand that payment of professional services is due at the time dental treatment is provided.

For Those Who Have Dental Insurance

We will be happy to file your insurance claim for you. We are not, however, currently under contract with any insurance provider. Please understand that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your company itself, and we are not responsible for how your insurance company manages its claims or for what benefits they pay on claims. We can only assist you in estimating your portion of the fees for treatment. Remember, your insurance carrier may pay less than the actual fee for services, and it is your responsibility to pay any deductible, co-insurance, or balance not paid by your insurance. We also cannot be responsible for any errors in filing your insurance – once again, we file claims as a courtesy to you.
